¿How to buy?

Buying in Nilodudes.com is very easy: simply choose one or more items, add them to your basket and complete your order choosing any payment method that you prefer. To purchase, it is necessary to register as a customer. If you have not and you are willing to register NOW, click here.

Payment methods:

- Card services from paypal: you will be able to make the payment by paypal by using your debit or credit card.
- Cash on Delivery: The total payment of your purchase will be made at your address and collected by the courier service; this service is applicable for just a small fee (only for orders in Mainland Spain and Balearic Islands)
- Bank Transfer: make a bank transfer from your account to ours.
- Paypal: the fastest, safest way to send money: the most secure platform for many buyers.

Transport costs (Mainland Spain and Balearic Islands):

In Nilodudes.com we bet for clarity and transparency, for this reason: the transport costs will always sum up to 4,5 € + TAX, for all orders up to 5 kg, allowing you to make an assortment of different items. For those orders of superior weight, an additional small cost will be charged to your order.

Transport costs (International):

The transport costs for international destinations will be automatically calculated once you place your order. You will only need to register / sign in to Nilodudes.com and indicate us a full address where you want your order to be shipped.

Warranty:

To offer the maximum quality and the best warranty to our customers is our main objective. Every article has a warranty of a period of 2 years from the date of delivery. This does not include deficiencies caused by negligent acts, beatings, incorrect use of the products, inappropriate installation or materials that have been deteriorated with its normal use. In the case of computer articles, the warranty does not cover virus removal, restore of programs for the same reason, or the reinstallation of the disk caused by the removal of this. For those incidents that justify the correct use of the warranty, the following options will be offered: reparation, substitution of the article, discount or refund in the norms legally established by the law.

The warranty will lose its value:
-    If the data of this or the proof of purchase are modified, altered or substituted.
-    If the identification number or the product itself are manipulated or repaired without informing our Technical Service.
To make use of the warranty, it is crucial that you present the proof of purchase.

Refund

If whenever you receive your order you are not satisfied, you have a maximum of 7 days, to start from the date of reception of the package, to implement the right for a refund. The costs of shipping and collection for a refund will be paid by the customer. In order to get the money back, the product must be in perfect conditions and its original packaging. Once the merchandise has reached our stores and once the state of these have been checked, we will proceed with the refund following the same method that the customer had previously made the payment with. In any other case, we will admit the CHANGE of defective articles or incorrect shipments, being Nilodudes.com in charge of the shipping and collection costs, every time that the customer has communicated this fact to us within 7 days since the reception of the package.

Of course there are complaint forms available for the client.

IMPORTANT:

All items leave our warehouse or factory with the packaging in perfect conditions. If you observe the packet has been apparently damaged, PLEASE state this clearly in the delivery note of the transport company, by indicating "PACKET VISUALLY BEATEN AND APPARENTLY DAMAGED” and e-mail us immediately.

Please make sure the package has arrived in perfect conditions, you should know that WE CAN NOT take care of the damage claims after 24 hours of its delivery.

Taxes:

European Union Residents. The prices of the products that are for sale in Nilodudes.com do not include Value Added Tax (VAT). Purchases made by those companies, institutions or organizations residing in the European Union and provided with Intra-European Tax identification number shall be exempt from paying the VAT, having to add the mentioned VAT number at the registration page.

Residents outside the EU. Purchases made by individuals or legal entities resident in countries outside the EU are exempt from paying the VAT. Orders will not be delivered into PO Boxes.
For this system of purchase / delivery and because of the tax system, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are considered extra communitarian areas.
We remind you that the shipping costs do not include taxes (tariffs) on importation, as these will be paid in cash on arrival of the goods by the receiver .

The purchasing system is subject to the present laws in Spain.
